Luminet offers 24/7/365 days support to our business customers. Once you become a customer of Luminet we will provide you with an access code to reach our engineers during non-office hours. They will handle and register your call and will give follow up as well, according to the SLA of your choice.
In all instances you will be given a trouble ticket number. This ticket number enables Luminet to administrate your comments and to follow up on the incident in a timely manner.. We can only close the ticket number if the customer gives permission to do so.
